Andrew Percival advises TEAMnet on environmental and sustainability matters. Andrew is a qualified building surveyor and chartered environmentalist. He has significant expertise in environmental sustainability and specialises in providing clients with strategic and practical help to reduce carbon and tackle fuel poverty using cost-effective techniques.

Andrew has worked at senior levels in both the public and private sectors, providing support for performance improvement both strategically and operationally. With 35 years’ experience in the construction industry including 16 years as a chief officer for local government, he has a broad knowledge of contracted services and asset management and has worked on numerous projects with social housing teams and partnered contractors.
